Having a fitness routine is a good thing because it keeps in you shape and healthy. But sometimes it’s necessary to liven things up and add a little fun to the mix. Glow in the dark volleyball is a great way to bring out your inner kid and let loose with your friends. This creative and colorful spin on the popular sport uses glow in the dark gear and items enabling you to enjoy volleyball in the dark. You can incorporate all sorts of things like glow sticks, body paint, even neon clothing! Just as people have put a fun spin other activities like cycling studios with DJs and black lights, glow in the dark volleyball can add another level of color and excitement to your fitness regimen. How to begin? Here’s a simple list of what you’ll need to get started.

1. Glow In the Dark Body Paint

Time to put the work suits away and play a little dress up. Uniforms are half the fun in any sport because you feel confident and ready to concur the game in your fresh new fit. In this case the uniforms are a little different. Each team can design their body paint in any way they want! Some may even go as far as funky hairspray. The goal is to be as creative as you can. The more colors the better. This is a great way to show team spirit and to get hyped about the game.

2. Glow In The Dark Volleyball

A flying lit up ball that glows in the dark adds excitement and a bit of a challenge to the game. It may sound a little difficult to play a sport where a ball of light is essentially flying at your face in the dark. With that said, this adds a little more unpredictability to the game by creating hidden challenges you wouldn’t get in any other sport.

3. Glow Sticks, Lots of Glow Sticks

The more color you have around the better! The whole point is to have fun, so get creative and make it rain with colorful glow sticks. Place them on the next, around the court, and wear them as headbands, necklaces and bracelets.

4. A Group of Friends & Lots of Enthusiasm!

Glow Volleyball is fun for all ages and the kids will love it!  It’s a great way to have a family game night or blow some steam off with your friends after work. The great thing is that its very versatile,and  it’s a great idea for a kids birthday party or a night out with friends.
